An opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team of Support Services staff within the Catering Department. We are currently looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to work within Victoria Hospital and Whyteman’s Brae Hospital. This post will include weekend working.

You will have a neat and tidy appearance, a cheerful disposition as well as the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers. Experience in a large scale catering environment is essential along with a basic food hygiene certificate. Experience in food regeneration, food presentation and food allergens are desirable.

**Post Details**: 30 hours per week, 4 days over 7, Predominately working Monday - Friday but occasional weekend working will be required to meet the needs of the service.(with enhancements for weekend shifts). 2 week rota pattern.

Week 1 Rota will be Monday & Tuesday 8.00am - 4.00pm, Thursday & Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm
Week 2 Rota will be Tuesday & Wednesday 8.00am - 4.00pm, Thursday & Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm
