The University of Bedfordshire Business School is at the forefront of expanding opportunity and access in higher education. Following significant growth, we are currently developing an ambitious programme of strategic change in the faculty and require colleagues to join our School of Leadership & Management.

As such, we are now seeking to recruit an academic Lecturer(s) or Senior Lecturer(s) in Human Resource Management (HRM) to join this highly successful and rapidly growing area of our business. Within the School, you will be joining a team responsible for delivering a range of Human Resource Management modules mainly at undergraduate level and possibly within our apprenticeship portfolio. The key duties of the post holder will be to provide excellent teaching and learning in the area of Human Resource Management and Leadership, undertake personal tutor duties, contribute to research and knowledge exchange and provide an excellent student experience. Currently we particularly welcome individuals with experience in delivering modules related to HRM data and analytics. Membership and/or interaction with the CIPD would be advantageous.

You will be supporting the team that delivers courses to our own campuses as well as to our TNE partners. The post-holder will also be part of the team who are responsible for the development of exciting new HRM and related courses for our school and faculty. You will be able to work to tight deadlines working independently with minimum supervision and liaising closely with senior colleagues from our partners and key stakeholders. You will develop relationships with industry and use these to support curriculum development and enhance the student experience.
