**Hedges Direct Ltd** are online hedging specialists, with decades of industry experience and a culture firmly focused on quality and service. We supply large quantities of hedging to landscapers, garden designers, builders, hotels, pub chains also a significant proportion of retail customers across the UK and parts of Europe.

**Working Hours**:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

**The Brand & Communications Executive role**:
Working with the Brand & Communications Manager, the** Brand & Communications Executive** will work across our full brand portfolio and support in the development and execution of our brand and communication strategy.

**Key responsibilities as our Brand & Communications Executive**:

- Assisting in the development & implementation of our marketing communication plans and integrated marketing campaigns
- Seasonal communication and content planning, and identifying asset requirements
- Working with internal & external agencies to deliver asset requirements
- Manage and execute the social media strategy (organic & paid) across our social media accounts which include Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Pinterest and any future additional social media channels
- Manage and execute the influencer marketing strategy, liaising with content creators to increase our brand awareness
- Event management, brand partnerships and sponsorship activity
- Tracking of KPI’s including campaign measurement and brand metrics

**Skills and experience required as our Brand & Communications Executive**:

- Ideally educated to degree level in English, Marketing, Journalism or similar
- Experience creating social content with a creative eye for what makes scroll stopping content
- A confident copy-writer with the ability to adapt to different brand voices
- Exceptional attention to detail with outstanding grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Pro-active, can do attitude
- A self-starter with a willingness to learn and the ability to consistently come up with fresh ideas and spot opportunities for content marketing
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Team player with excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- At least 1 years’ experience in a previous marketing role
