**Job Summary**:
As the Project Lead, you will be the driving force behind our newly established project management team. Your role involves overseeing the successful execution of large-scale projects, ensuring world-class delivery and timely execution. You will be instrumental in shaping the project management framework at Campfire, bringing innovative approaches and best practices to our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management Leadership**:

- Oversee large-scale, complex projects, ensuring timely execution and world-class delivery.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, allocating resources effectively.
- **Team Building and Mentorship**:

- Build, lead, and mentor a team of project managers, instilling high standards of project management.
- Provide ongoing guidance and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Maintain excellent communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals and progress.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, delivering regular updates and adapting to changes efficiently.
- **Process Innovation and Implementation**:

- Create and implement effective project management processes and methodologies.
- Continuously seek improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- **Upskilling Client Services Team**:

- Develop and conduct training sessions on project management best practices for the client services team.
- Ensure the client services team is equipped to manage retainer clients and less complex projects with the same level of efficiency and organization.
- **Industry Insights and Risk Management**:

- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project delivery.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead project management teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to train and mentor teams in project management practices.
- Knowledge of the social media marketing and influencer industry.
