**Production Operative**

**Company Overview**:
Our client, located in Armathwaite, CA4, is entering its peak period and is actively seeking Seasonal Production Operatives to join their team. With the potential for permanent roles based on the client's staff needs, these seasonal positions offer regular shifts and consistent work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Familiarize yourself with products scheduled for each shift and ensure the availability of correct labels.
- Adhere to specification sheets consistently during operations.
- Execute all bottling processes in compliance with company hygiene standards.
- Supply necessary materials to all line equipment.
- Participate in equipment changes on the production line as required.
- Identify and address basic faults promptly.
- Maintain bottling equipment, including material feeding and changeovers for new SKUs.
- Report any consumable shortages to minimize downtime.
- Prioritize and efficiently complete the daily production program, adapting to any changes.
- Assist in training fellow colleagues.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable, but training will be provided.
- Self-motivated, dedicated, resourceful, adaptable, and flexible.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Possess a good level of literacy and numeracy.
- Ability to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a 4-on-4-off basis (0600-1800 / 1800-0600).
