Service Administrator Position Overview

The Service Administrator is responsible for the administration and Key Responsibilities for the

Service department, the Service Administrator will work in collaboration with the Service

Coordinator, Technical Support and Service manager to ensure that the company meets and exceeds

customers' expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Raise quotations, orders, Purchase Requisitions and RMA's
- Dealing with spares and distribution
- Creating customer invoices
- Receive credit card payments
- Creating Warranty orders
- Manage the service engineer diaries using outlook.
- Book in visits to customer sites as instructed by Service Coordinator/Technical Support.
- Ensure Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Insurance details are raised for all jobs, distribute
- to Site Engineers.
- Hotel Bookings and arranging travel details/visa for overseas work.
- Processing the Engineers hours and expenses.
- Liaise with Purchasing on costings.
- Creating inventory & sales parts.
- Providing general administration support to the Service department
- Provide cover on Reception when required.

Service Administrator Position Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise workload
- Ability to communicate confidently with all stakeholders across all levels
- Ability to work as part of a team and establish good working relationships with colleagues and
- customers
- A strong customer focus with the ability to understand the customer's requirements
- To contribute to continuous improvement in current work practices
