Are you looking for a HR BP role in a company that is in its peak, global (around 200 countries), stable, and coming in to one of the most exciting periods in its existence, then this might be the job for you.

I am currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join a global giant (don't be scared or put off by that) this role will support one of their sites within the UK, based in Leicestershire and will be responsible for about 100 employees with the viewto add additional support throughout the group globally.

The company specialises in retail and distribution and the role will be key to supporting a huge project incoming.

Not only will you operate as a true HR BP to the employees on site but you will look in to organisational design, recruitment strategies, reward, comps and bens, escalated ER and manage projects related to the recent business win.

This is a hybrid role (3 days a week in the office after probation) paying £50,000p.a. if you have operated at this level, have had some global exposure and are looking for a fixed term contract then please do apply.
