**Salary £21,000 per annum**

**40 hours per week, Mon - Fri, 8am - 7pm**

We are currently recruiting for one of the country's fast growing and most well respected maintenance and construction companies.

Working in a call centre environment, making and receiving calls from our Direct Operatives and Subcontractors. Your top responsibilities will be to receive repair appointments over the telephone, schedule and book appointments to available appointment slots, record accurate, timely and valuable repair appointment information into the job management systems and database.

To succeed in this role, it is essential you completely understand the end to end process of delivering the perfect repair for the customer, your role in that process and the responsibilities of others in that process.

**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Communicating with Direct Operatives and Subcontracts, sending them to jobs and taking accurate and valuable job completion information when repairs have been completed.
- Taking calls from customers, scheduling and booking appointments to available appointment slots
- Record accurate and enter valuable repair appointment information into the job management systems and database.

**Qualifications required**
- GCSE or Equivalent Qualification in Maths and English
- Experience of working in a Repairs and Maintenance call centre or any other call centre environment.** **(Desirable)
