TRAINEE FUNERAL DIRECTOR Starting at: £11.77 per hour

Are you a young, smart and presentable, physically fit person who is comfortable, and respectful, around people from all walks of life?

We are a respected local family run business, seeking a smart, intelligent, people-friendly individual who is sensitive to the needs of others and is not afraid of hard work and unsocial hours.

You must be physically fit; as this wide-ranging post will involve periods of manual handling, lifting and carrying, vehicle maintenance and valeting, occasional digging and general household tasks; as well as the prospect of progression through to meeting bereaved families and interpreting their requirements, together with the resulting administration and ceremonial duties.

You must possess a clean driving licence and be ‘old fashioned’ smart and presentable to fit in with our exemplary team.

**Salary**: From £11.77 per hour

- Telford, Shropshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Funeral Director: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
