**Team Overview**:
The ICG-T Cross Asset Regulatory Programs is a team of senior program managers with experience in running complex regulatory initiatives across multiple businesses and regions. The team is responsible for a wide range of activities including but not limited to Governance, Program Management and Oversight, PM related Training and Reporting.

The goal of the Risk and Control Team is to develop and maintain a comprehensive process to proactively identify and reduce operational risk. As a senior member of the team the incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive processes to identify and reduce Program Management and Operational risk. This will involve working with the Global Business Risk and Control (GBRC), Ops Risk Management (ORM), Org PMO, and Program Management team.

Risk areas include but are not limited to BAU Operational process, Program Management, Regulatory requirements, Internal Policy adherence, Issue & Corrective Action Plan Management, and Internal & External Audit exam participation. Partnering with several functional Operational and Technology areas, this role will be responsible for assisting in the proactive management of operating risk and remediation of control issues. This requires close collaboration and co-ordination across numerous internal teams as well as various other support and control groups within the 2nd and 3rd lines of defense within the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Point of contact for the Cross-Asset Regulatory Programs for over-seeing and coordinating Risk and Control (R&C) related initiatives in partnership with key stakeholders (Audit, Operational Risk Management, Compliance, Finance, Technology.)
- Proactive review of Cross-Asset Regulatory Programs related control processes and reporting. Participate in evaluating critical; Strategic and Tactical Change; Policy and Process updates; Regulatory requirements etc.
- Lead management and oversight of Corrective Action Plan (CAPs) to ensure the timely remediation and closure of Issues.
- Provide effective challenge, conduct thematic review and health checks to ensure that significant Risks are identified and escalated in a timely manner via Control Governance Forum, lessons learned are shared and used to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead or co-ordinate Citi Risk and Controls, Managers Control Assessments (MCA) activities across the Entity throughout the reporting cycle.
- R&C Management Reporting - provide updates to ICG senior management ensuring presentations are prepared, shared, and updated timely.
- Proactively drive strategy which promotes a strong in business R&C culture
- Lead or Co-ordinate R&C or other ad hoc related projects related initiatives.
- Work closely with Cross-Asset Regulatory Programs Function PMO to promote CPMC policy and procedure adherence, to proactively monitor for compliance, and work on strengthening existing processes.
- Develop strong partnerships within the Operations and Technology groups, as well as other organizations including Internal Audit, Compliance, Operational Risk Management

- Ability to understand frameworks, policies, processes and able quickly identify areas of weakness and recommend improvements.
- R&C experience is required including self-assessment, Audit, Compliance, Technology experience is preferable.
- Regulatory Transformation related experience and knowledge is preferable.
