**Are you an experienced Data Protection professional that can help us make a difference?**

We are currently looking for an Information Governance Business Partner to join our growing team on a permanent basis.

This is a new additional role to support the Governance and Assurance team to ensure the Group’s data and information is managed securely and compliantly.

As a trusted business partner and critical friend, you will work closely with teams across the Group to take a preventative approach and be pivotal in delivering a proactive programme of information governance projects, audits, and tasks.

**Some of the things we are looking for**:

- Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection or Freedom of Information and/or 3 years experience in an information governance role
- Experience of developing and managing corporate relationships with colleagues
- Proven experience of responding to customer’s Data Rights
- Experience of supporting data protection impact assessments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**_ While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices approximately one day per week._**
