Nursery Practitioner Level 3

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery. This is a rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, a passion for working with children, and the ability to create a safe and nurturing environment.
**Duties**:
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor playtime
- Assist with meal times, including feeding and promoting healthy eating habits
- Change diapers, assist with toilet training, and ensure good hygiene practices
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress
- Collaborate with other nursery staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and daily activities
**Experience**:
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to drive positive behavior and manage challenging situations effectively
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Proficiency in English language (both spoken and written)
- Relevant qualifications in childcare or early childhood education are desirable
