Copper Operative

To support the Team Leader in the daily operations within the copper department to ensure the on time delivery of parts to our internal customers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Operate CNC Copper punch and Bending machines (after training given)
- Work in all aspects of copper area
- Identify different tasks and job No’s so can be kept separate
- Operate the ERP system (after training given)
- Select correct stock when required
- Maintain effective stock control at all time
- Complete weekly maintenance checklist for machines
- Take part in stock-taking activities

**Employment & Educational Background**
- Computer literacy essential
- Familiarity with an ERP system and computers would be an advantage.
- An understanding of Switchgear would be advantageous.

Core hours of work 37.5 per week, 8am-4pm

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
