We are recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to join our facilities team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a varied role to support and enable an outstanding colleague and customer experience, by being the first point of contact for all internal and external customers with providing a high-quality front-line assistance and resolution service.

Part-time - 25 hours per week

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Signposting all internal and external customers to access appropriate services and support, by managing Saffron’s main reception.
- Assisting with the management of Saffron’s office facilities including the servicing and upkeep of the offices and equipment by liaising with providers to ensure service records are maintained e.g. air conditioning units, lifts, water coolers, along with the reporting / logging of all technical faults.
- Undertaking the weekly fire alarm tests in accordance to Health & Safety requirements.
- Responsible for the opening, scanning and distribution of all incoming post in a timely manner, the franking of all outgoing post and dealing with post queries and liaising with Royal Mail, as required.

- Good IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and Smartsheet.
