The ideal person will work alongside and assist dynamic multidisciplinary teams to provide support to members of the local community with Personality and Complex trauma. opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment and work alongside experienced senior staff and receive regular supervision. There will also be opportunities to supervise others and develop your own leadership skills.
Applicants must have lived experience of Personality and Complex Trauma
Have received support within secondary care mental health services/DBT service.
Formal Peer Worker training and experience.
Prior participation in the three-day Peer Worker supervisor training provided by ImROC is advantageous
Internal and external training opportunities will be available as we are passionate to develop our staff.
