**Experienced PR & Marketing Role**

Reporting to the Management Team, as well as the Directors, the PR & Marketing coordinators role is to develop and implement an effective PR & Social Media strategy acting as a key interface between the Company, its customers and the wider audience.

Arranging bookings for customers, ensuring their requirements are known by the operational team and assisting with queries

In the role you will be responsible for planning and organising events and campaigns, all of the Company's social media accounts, manage the Company's image in a cohesive way to achieve marketing and business goals. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers in a timely manner.

Ultimately, you will handle the Company's press and social media presence, ensuring high levels of web traffic and positive customer engagement. Whilst this is a specific dedicated role you will be working as part of a team and will be required to assist and liaise with other team member's within the sales and marketing department on day to day activities as well as specific projects and events. Work with the customer database to deliver direct marketing campaigns aligned with marketing & PR objectives and specific campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:
**Social Media & PR**
- Develop and implement a PR & social media strategy
- Coordinate and execute marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, and events
- Develop relevant content/topics to reach out to companies and customers
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing channels
- Create, curate and manage all published content (images, video and written)
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives whilst cultivating interest
- Design, create and manage promotions and social media ad campaigns, manage efforts in building online reviews and reputations.
- Work alongside other team members to add content to and maintain, the customer database
- Investigate and implement ways to grow the existing database

**Marketing**
- Assist in managing relationships with external vendors and agencies
- Assist the Management with day-to -day marketing activities and campaigns such as the website, printed collateral i.e. flyers, posters, exhibition banners, vouchers, etc. Digital communications, customer surveys and improving ratings on review sites such as TripAdvisor and Google. Events planning and co-ordination will be required throughout the year
- Provide advice and support in engaging with and responding to external media outlets
- Remain up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
- **Customer Bookings**
**- **Gain an understanding of customer bookings, so that you can engage with customers and understand the full scope of queries raised. This will assist you when planning and executing marketing and communication projects

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or related field
- Strong knowledge of public relations principles and practices
- Proficient in using social media platforms for business purposes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team implement marketing strategies and campaigns

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
