We are looking for someone positive and focused with a passion for great customer service to join our small team. Previous managerial experience of a coffee shop or cafe is required.

All of our MMOTC team care greatly about our customer's happiness and always put in 100% in the workplace. We are a small team that works well together ensuring customers receive the best possible experience.

You will be expected to work both as a barista and supervisor.

Leading from the front, we would expect you to support the team with food and beverage preparation, stock control, staff rotas, ensuring cleanliness, and providing excellent service to our valued, customers.

Our new Supervisor will inspire, support and motivate our team, to deliver fantastic results, excellent standards and amazing products.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
