Cabel UK Limited is looking for a Graduate to perform as Commercial and Technical Support Coordinator.

Cabel UK repair/rewind/produce and supply a wide range of industrial alternators and other rotating electrical components from its state-of-the-art workshop in Oakham. Working closely with its customers to ensure top quality products are delivered throughout the product lifecycle. Cabel belongs to an international group based in Italy, having a global footprint as in the industrial alternators, power generation industry. **The Role in Glance**:
Develop and sustain long lasting customer relationships through excellent communication skills, to deliver high-levels of customer satisfaction

Prepare quotations and technical propositions for LV/HV alternators and other rotating electrical equipment.

Manage existing accounts while developing relationships and maximising opportunity.

Develop new business by highlighting new/emerging markets, customers, and products (sectors - Off grid engine driven systems / Hydro / Wind / Solar / Gas Turbine

Construct, monitor and maintain orders, planning in line with sales and customer requirements.

Manage and oversee customer complaints bringing them to a conclusion and to secure repeat business.

Support in preparing presentations, KPI reports, data extraction and administration.

Consistently provide exceptional customer service

Attending meetings with customers both internally and externally.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Education: a graduate or master's studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering - rotating electrical equipment
- Highly organised, confident, presentable, self-disciplined, self-motivated and resourceful.
- Excellent IT skills and highly capable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Collaborative - this requires positive, persuasive skills combined with a “get the job done” attitude.
- Winning mentality
- Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in handling information and resolving issues.
- A customer-centric mind-set, always striving to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
- Full driving licence, valid in the UK
