**London (Farrington) - Financial Client**

**Are you aged 19 -24? Do you live in London?**

**JOB PURPOSE**:Print, finish and distribute to a high standard all submitted print requests. Operate reprographics equipment: Xerox printers/scanners, GBC closers and punchers, Renz binding equipment, laminator, and guillotine.
- Produce sophisticated presentations for investment Bankers as per instructions and using appropriate software
- Ensure work adheres to all best practices and style guidelines, unless otherwise specified and work toward 100% accuracy against style, brief and spelling
- Own and take responsibility for the work in terms of the final product, e.g., consistency,accuracy, and quality
- Organise work effectively to ensure deadlines are met and lead by example to team members
- Liaise with Clients, always offering professional support and excellent customer service
- Answer the telephone in a timely manner, dealing with the caller professionally or escalating to relevant person if unable to do so
- Services Coordinator to capture any additional instructions. Ensure team members follow process
- Attend additional training classes as and when necessary (according to business needs), to ensure skill levels are retained

- Speed and accuracy in working with Excel reports and analytical ability would be a plus

**WORKING HOURS**
- **Monday-Friday, 16:00 - 00:00, 30 min break**:

- T&Cs: o Salary**:£23,302.50 **per annum o three months’ Probation,
- Once thriving Salary**:£25,000** per annum o Shift Allowance for 16:00 - 00:00:

- 20% o Performance Bonus of **£1,200** per annum o 25 days holidays, CSP after successful Probation

Apprentices must have at least Level 1 in Functional skills GSCE grade 4/C or above in English and Maths. It will be an advantage if you have previous related work experience.
