**The Role**

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you'll work as part of a small, friendly team, collaborating closely with the direct sales team and the commercial and marketing teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage all inbound inquiries for assessments, training and literature requests across various channels such as the general inbox, live chat, website contact forms, and assessment phone calls.
- Maintain and enhance the customer database, ensuring its relevance and accuracy.
- Distribute Marketing literature to prospects and customers, supporting the Sales & Marketing team. Managing marketing stock and literature.
- Organise internal events and internal marketing.
- Support the Marketing Manager with the coordination of external events, webinars, and exhibitions.
- Support the Sales and Marketing Director and other stakeholders with general administrative support as required.
- Create reports to share with management on the performance of Social Media posts, assessment requests and other activities.
- An excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously.
- Possess outstanding problem-solving skills and the initiative to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
- Team player - able to work effectively with others towards a shared goal.
- Demonstrate the ability to tailor communication styles and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and interact with a diverse range of personalities.
- Exhibit dependability, reliability, consistency, and a strong work ethic in fulfilling responsibilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Possess strong organisational and time management skills. Display adaptability and flexibility in managing shifting priorities and situations.
- Prior experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system would be advantageous.

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
