A thriving Hadleigh based business is receiving help from Conrad Connect in their search for a capable and driven bookkeeper to join their accounting team.

This multicultural business skilfully controls employee workloads and offers assistance. The ideal applicant will be AAT certified or have the skills required to uphold their high level of service.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding and engaging role for a developing business. Your communication must be clear because you will be assisting the Practice Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing and checking Invoices, including gaining authorisation for payment
- Creating monthly statements and preparing accounts for month and year end
- Accounts reconciliation on Sage
- Carrying out basic credit control duties including chasing for overdue payments and sending copy invoices
- Dealing with in house payroll Weekly and Monthly
- Looking after all in house expenses and time sheets
- Filing, dealing with incoming post and other ad hoc duties as require.

**Requirements**:

- Experience delivering high quality services,
- Confident in your communication,
- Eye for detail,
- AAT qualified/qualified by experience.
