**Job Description** Primary Responsibilities**:

- Support an individual with daily activities and document all changes and concerns.
- Reflect the core values of Home Instead franchise.
- Reporting of any concerns and accidents to the office and your line manager.

**Companionship Care**:

- Offer companionship and conversation to the individual.
- Accompany to appointments and social events (for example visiting friends or family, lunch, club meetings).

**Home Help Services**:

- Run errands and light housekeeping tasks.
- Organise and tidy cupboards and check food expiry dates
- Plan prepare and tidy away meals.
