**Qualifications / Person Specification**
- We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Graduate to join our Marketing team, based at the Manor Resort, Okehampton Devon.
- This role provides the opportunity to be an integral part of our Team as well as potential future growth through supported learning and development.
- Degree qualification in Marketing, minimum 2:1 award
- Minimum of 1-year focused Marketing placement
- Demonstrate experience of working on simultaneous marketing projects
- Experience in working to tight deadlines
- IT skills that can be developed further - especially Word, Excel etc.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Effective communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels, encompassing good written skills
- The role requires you to be creative and imaginative
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to learn new skills and tasks quickly
- Starting salary £22,500 - £26,000 a year
- 28 Days Holiday inc. Statutory days
- Ideally have a driving licence

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- To work closely with all members of the Marketing team in the creation and implementation of critical timelines.
- Assisting in the development of the brands
- Contribute to digital marketing strategies across all our brands and social platforms
- Contribute to social media content
- Research the market for new trends, competitor activity and any other relevant research topics.
- Liaise with internal departments on all aspects of marketing requirements.
- Duties may be performed at both resorts as well as working and liaising with outside organisations.
- Some weekend / evenings may be required from time to time
