This is a great opportunity for a talented Secretary to join a local, prestigious school in a high-profile role having responsibility for the coordination of the school office and reception. Working 41 weeks per year, you will be fully office based and the hours will be 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with the requirement to work the occasional evening or weekend in order to prepare and attend various school functions.

The role is incredibly varied, you will be responsible for 2 part-time receptionists and will provide support to the Senior Leadership Team with administrative and secretarial tasks. As well as dealing with enquiries from pupils and parents, you will also produce the school calendar, weekly bulletins and prepare minutes for meetings. You will update and maintain the Sims database with necessary information and working closely with the Headteacher’s PA, your focus will be to ensure the smooth running of the school.

Ideally you will have previous experience providing extensive administrative support, have outstanding organisational skills with the ability to plan and coordinate activities in a timely manner, have excellent IT abilities and the desire to support those around you. You will need a flexible and approachable manner and be capable of prioritising your ever-changing workload to ensure deadlines are met.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
