SF Recruitment are working for a business based in Solihull who are looking for a Residential

**Salary**: £55,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)
37.5 hours per week - 3 days on site 2 days from home with travel to various Coventry sites and UK travel
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Residential Marketing Manager will play a key role in the business, developing and managing the annual UK residential marketing strategy, plan and budget in line with company objectives.
Role
- Responsible for maintaining, evolving, and developing the Residential brand ensuring any materials developed fall in line with guidelines developed.
- Develop integrated marketing plans that promote the brand to different customer types and market sectors.
- Accountable for delivering and evolving the Residential strategy among different channels, including B2B and B2C.
- Manage, brief and own the relationship with several external agencies: Advertising, creative, PR and social, where you will have experience in all disciplines.
- As well as having strong digital marketing skills, where you will work alongside the digital team to ensure strong online presence, it is essential that you have an understanding of offline marketing.
- Ensure that all activity is measured and reported on, using key learnings to inform future direction.
- Possess a strong passion for building brands through brand awareness campaigns delivered to tight deadlines as well as driving value demonstrated by KPI's and management of results.
- Management of new product launches to include all marketing materials and imagery, developing marketing tactics to maximise repeat purchase and to drive new business.
- Management of the UK residential retailer support strategy to help drive the growth of their sales and enhance service.
- Working collaboratively with a range of internal and external teams to execute the plan.
- Desirable to have had experience working and planning lifestyle shoots.
- Responsible for regular communication of the UK residential marketing plan to the business which includes sales conferences and company briefings.
- Foster, initiate and enable good working relationships with key internal departments and key individuals, particularly the sales team.
- Prepare budgets and monitor and control the expenditure within approved limits in line with the business plan.
- Must have creative thinking and provide creative input to other processes, liaising with internal departments to ensure completing of projects.
- Management of three team members to ensure that they are developed and coached whilst delivering projects on time.
Required
- Business to business and business to consumer marketing experience
- 5-8 years of managing a marketing team
- Creatively strong and able to inspire a team
- CIM postgraduate diploma
