**Setting**:Mainstream Secondary School

**Pay rate**:£80 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)

**Working hours**:8:30 - 16:00 (Term time only)

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Assisting students with their learning development, on a 1-1 and group basis
- To have a good understanding of Autistic behavioural needs and show patience and understanding at all times.
- Providing support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to have the highest expectation that every student will make sustained academic and personal progress
- Work alongside classroom teachers to be that extra support during lessons
- To ensure that the area is a safe environment for the child at all times.
- To develop and maintain relationships with parents and carers.
