They are looking for an articulate, enthusiastic and experienced Senior Sales Associate with 2+ years experience in Estate Agency. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will be given training and development on a fast track program to become a Valuer.

You must hold a current UK driving licence and be a car owner.

**Salary package and benefits for the Senior Sales Associate position include**:

**The Skills and Experience needed for the Senior Sales Associate position include**:

- 2+ Years estate agency experience.
- A positive, energetic 'can do' approach
- Be able to demonstrate a commercial outlook and the ability to think outside the box
- Ability to thrive in a busy office environment
- Be able to work under pressure maintaining attention to detail
- Engaging and charismatic personality
- Previous experience using the IT system 'Reapit' is desired but not essential
- Must hold full UK driving licence and own your own car

**The role of the Senior Sales Associate position will include the following**:

- Business generation, prospecting and sourcing new clients
- Meeting with clients building trusting relationships
- Keeping up to date with market value
- Possessing excellent negotiating skills
- Undertake some administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly
- Meet monthly personal sales and instruction targets
