Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a Stafford based Housing Association to recruit for a Leasehold Officer for a 12month Fixed Term Contract. Hybrid working is offered, with 4 days from home and 1 based in their Stafford Offices.
**Responsibilities of the Leasehold Officer**:
- Providing an effective and customer focused service for their shared ownership, leasehold, commercial and garage tenancies portfolio
- Managing rental and service charge income collection
- Interpreting leases
- Managing processes of staircasing, re-sale, lease extension, alteration and assignments
- Leading on S20 Consultations
**Requirements of the Leasehold Officer**:
- Full UK Driving License
- Knowledge of Leasehold processes
