Skilled Labourer

R Hollis Contracting Ltd are looking for a skilled labour / cladders mate to join our team.

Your duties will include:

- A variety of skilled labour tasks.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery to complete assigned tasks.
- Build and install steel structures as needed.
- Assist with cladding and flashing installation.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labour as required
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications required:

- Previous experience in skilled labour or construction work.
- CSCS card (essentia)
- Driving license
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and different job sites

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 39 per week

**Experience**:

- Labourer: 2 years (preferred)
