**Responsibilities for the Manual Turner**:
- Operating manual lathes/turning machines
- Working to very high tolerances
- Following engineering drawing
- Ensuring components are machines to the correct specification
- Using precision measuring equipment
**Experience required for the Manual Turner**:
- Highly experienced in operating manual lathes
- Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements
- Accuracy and precision
