Office Associate

Roles include:

- General office administration
- Running of the workshop administrative entities
- Costing up of workshop job cards using costing software
- Working alongside our Directors, Estimating Manager & Workshop Manager
- Working alongside the estimating department when required
- Greeting clients when they arrive and directing them to the respective personnel
- Scanning, photocopying and filing of documents
- Managing of office supplies
- Working with Microsoft office and estimating software’s

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Experience in the use of computer software’s such as Microsoft office
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Working Hours - 36 hours per week (Monday to Friday) - Negotiable

Salary - To be discussed

Experience required - Suitable knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes

All training will be provided in association to the estimating department

Start Date - Imminent
