**Reporting to**:Apprenticeship Programme Manager

**Role Objective**:This is an exciting opportunity to join Citrus Training who are the market leader in safety training. With a blue-chip client list, including Balfour Beatty, Kier, Barratt Homes and Anglian Water, courses are delivered nationwide at dedicated training centres and at customer sites.

As a member of the Apprenticeships and Qualifications Team, you will be responsible for co-ordinating the ESFA funded provision programmes from initial enquiry right through to completion. Our Apprenticeship and AEB division is growing, and we need to recruit to our existing team to ensure we can support our learners and employer’s needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To respond to incoming enquiries from clients and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct programme interviews and provide CIAG to learners and employers.
- To conduct funding eligibility checks in line with the ESFA funding rules.
- To ensure all funding documentation is compliant with ESFA funding rules.
- To complete ILR data inputting, including the use of MIAP and PDSATS.
- Assist with learner registrations for their End Point Assessment, NVQ and Functional Skills.
- Administer exam bookings for Functional Skills
- Set-up learners and employer accounts on OneFile.
- Carry out learner and employer reviews and monitor progress of apprentices and their Off the Job hours.
- To provide administrative support to the delivery team and the apprenticeship programme manager as required.

**The Person**:
You will be a key member of an ambitious and successful team, dedicated to upholding excellent customer service levels and have an ambition to provide an outstanding learner journey and a high quality of education to our Apprentices and Adult Education learners.
- **Education**:

- GCSEs in English and Maths - minimum grades A*-C / 4-9 or equivalent (essential)
- Business Administration or IT Qualification Level 3 (essential)
- NVQ Level 3 in Advice and Guidance (desirable)
- Safeguarding / Prevent Training (desirable)
- **Experience**:

- Proven track record of working with ESFA funding rules for apprenticeships (essential)
- Experience of MIS systems such as PICS, Maytas, EBS or OneFile (essential)
- Experience of Ofsted requirements under the EIF (desirable)
- Experience of ESFA audits (desirable)
- Customer service experience within a ‘business to business environment’ (desirable)

- Strong eye for detail
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative
- Good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner

**Successful applicants will need to undergo an Enhanced DBS check**

**Hours**:40 hours a week Monday - Thursday 08/:30-17:30 Friday 08:00 - 17:00

**Salary**:Subject to experience

**Holiday**:25 days per annum (3 or 4 to be saved for Christmas)

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
