Maintenance Handyman/woman

**Job Introduction**

**Main Duties**
- Support the Company in general by assisting to maintain a safe and efficient facility through general site maintenance.
- Ensuring the office buildings are maintained to a high spec.

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out some general facility maintenance tasks i.e. plumbing, electrical, gardening, rubbish removal, furniture movement, painting etc.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety standards according to Company policy and work to guidelines to create a safe working environment.

**Required Skills and Preferred Experience**
- Good communication, cooperation, and team working skills.
- Flexible attitude to work and able to do overtime as required.
- Awareness of Safety, Health, and environmental procedures.
- Other skills that will be beneficial to carry out handyman work on doors, locks, plumbing, and electrical.Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Maintain and repair logic controllers and electrical systems
- Welding and fabrication as needed
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Supervise and coordinate projects with other team members
- Provide excellent customer service to clients

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and skills
- Experience in maintaining and repairing logic controllers and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills to supervise and coordinate projects
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to weld and fabricate as needed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £18.00 per hour
