We are currently recruiting for a Project Support officer to join our client Health Education England (HEE) in their National Nursing and Midwifery Team. **Role**:Project Support Officer - Health Education England

**Salary**: £11.76 per hour then rising to £13.12 after 12 weeks

**Hours**:Full time, 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

**Location**:Hybrid working and the office is in Leeds City Centre (Blenheim House)

The project Support Officer will support the National Nursing & Midwifery Team in Operational activities, providing comprehensive support to a number of projects. You will also need to be able to prioritise tasks, determine dependencies, estimate futurerequirements and highlight any problems, including risks and issues to the team.

**Role Overview**:

- Communicating with various Stakeholders
- Providing high quality administrative and project support including coordinating the secretariat function for the national programme teams, working groups and meetings, as and when required.
- The postholder will work closely with a range of colleagues to support the existing and emerging workstreams
- The post holder will undertake reporting and analysis of information to support delivery of programmes.
- The post holder is a key member of the team whose overarching goal is to enable, promote and support the effective running work streams which includes collation of data, financial monitoring, updating project information, diary management, information management,support a portfolio of projects, services, and initiatives.

**What we are looking for**:

- Confident across all MS packages
- Preferably experience of working within project support
- Ability to communicate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders whilst building and maintaining strong working relationships, liaising externally with stakeholders as required
- Administrative matters requiring developed interpersonal and oral/written skills, taking formal minutes.
- Produce comprehensive draft reports and minutes, sourcing information for various systems and sources use by HEE.
- Good communication skills for a range of audiences
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Able to use own initiative
- Able to communicate across a range of different platforms
- Stakeholder management experience
- Able to communicate with internal/external stakeholders confidently
