Catering Supervisor

Catering Services are looking to recruit for a Catering Supervisor to join the team at an exciting time of change and innovation to the Food and Drink provision on Campus.

The role will be to provide Supervisory support primarily to our new Hallam Cafes and Kitchens, a portfolio of Grab and Go outlets with a provision of locally sourced fresh and convenient lunch options. This role would suit someone who has experience in fast paced food retail service, with a keen eye for efficient customer service.

In total we operate three hot food kitchens and nine cafes across two campuses. The role is variered and no two days are the same. During busy periods we serve a wide range of coffees and hot drinks, freshly made sandwiches and in house baked cakes, alongside hot dishes served fresh and rotated daily. The role would suit some one looking to work in a high volume and fast paced environment with plently of hustle and bustle.

As Catering Supervisor you will play a key role in the smooth running of the Catering Department. As part of Campus Services we are proud of the food and service we provide our guests, and a key part of our role is to add to the overall Student experience.

- term strategic development of the service within the Campus Masterplan and will have responsibility for the supervision of the Catering team.
