Branch Supervisor

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our team. The Branch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, managing a team of employees, and ensuring excellent customer service.

**Duties**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch efficiently and effectively
- Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels
- Collaborate with Sales Manager to develop branch goals and objectives to drive sales and increase revenue

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail, catering or customer service environment
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in time management and organizational skills
- A sales and customer focused outlook

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.64 per hour

Expected hours: 35.5 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
