Provide general finance support for the inquiry, including creating purchase orders, receipting invoices, setting up new suppliers, completing financial trackers, and general procurement of goods and services
General administrative support to the inquiry covering reception, monitoring shared mailboxes, booking travel and taking regular stock of office supplies to ensure they are maintained and reordered as needed
Dispensing petty cash on a day-to-day basis in accordance with guidelines and assisting with monthly reconciliations
Assist in the general running of the inquiry's oral hearings, providing front-of-house support to visitors to the inquiry and operating the inquiry's Audio Visual system to record and live stream web content

Well organised individual with the ability to prioritise and plan workload
High attention to detail, with excellent problem solving skills
