To provide receptionist/administrative duties in the DAWN Centre, Colwyn Bay for the Adferiad
Recovery Therapeutic Services, that include CAMFA and CAMFA 14+.

**Main Duties:
**_Service User Work
- **

To ensure that all visitors feel welcome and are greeted appropriately.

To be the first point of contact for potential service users

To provide potential service users with information about services and how to access them

To take referrals from and in respect of service users, whether face to face or on the telephone

To adhere to Adferiad Recovery’s confidentiality policy

**_Administration
- **

Reception and switchboard for all of the DAWN Centre and taking messages for all tenants within
the DAWN Centre.

Cover, when needed, additional calls from the other CAST services in respect of referrals, to
include all our therapeutic services.

Inputting referrals onto the Parabl and CAMFA database as directed and support the
administration team with the counselling clinics, so the CAMFA service is delivered effectively.

Supporting CAST with completing clinics for counsellors within therapeutic service.

Franking post for all tenants of the DAWN Centre.

Visitor monitoring.

Photocopying.

Co-ordinating and taking room bookings for the DAWN Centre.

Supporting the Resource Centre & Engagement Services Manager and in the running of the
building and Reception.

Opening and closing of the DAWN Centre.

Attending meetings as directed by the Resource Centre & Engagement Services Manager.

To participate in the Adferiad Recovery continuous learning, development and appraisal process

To maintain professional accreditation as appropriate to role

To attend training provided, organised or arranged by Adferiad Recovery

To operate within and observe Adferiad Recovery policies and procedures as amended and

updated.
