**Main Responsibilities of a Regional Service Desk Coordinator at Cimbali UK Ltd**
- Ensure all jobs are planned and posted within their service
- level agreement (SLA)
- Review all open calls and monitor SLA's
- Plan all reactive jobs for the Service Engineer’s according to their region (North, Midlands, South, London & Scotland)
- Updates all required portals with closedown notes and/ or updates of parts if required
- Raise any necessary passes i.e. airports and RAMS
- Raise and monitor calls out, keeping customers updated on progress
- Ensure job booking/updates are communicated clearly to all parties
- Sending quotations to customers as and when required
- Review all planned maintenance jobs including boiler inspections ensuring these are booked in with the customers

**Previous Experience**

The successful applicant must have previous office administration experience with data input and be able to work in a fast-paced service desk environment.

The applicant will be highly driven and motivated with a can-do attitude and must be computer literate and have experience of delivering high levels of customer service as well as being able to build strong relationships both internally and externally.

**You should be able to work flexible hours, on any day of the week, including weekends and shift patterns, in order to accommodate the business needs.**
