Customer Administrator

Rapidly growing mailing and fulfilment specialist based in Colnbrook require a Customer Accounts Administrator to join their team**.**Supporting sales staff with main clients and obtaining quotes for customers when required.
**_Duties Include:_**
- Directly responsible for the day-to-day queries & requests from major clients.
- Processing orders through the company stock management systems, and ensuring job’s are actioned in a timely manner, before client cut of times.
- Helping warehouse staff and admin clerk with client jobs as and when required for them to complete any tasks.
- Dealing and contacting existing clients with queries and company information
- Ensuring clients requests are carried out using internal operations paperwork. Clients reports to be completed as and when requested with all the correct information, and ensuring orders and SLAs are met
- Booking Agents for collections and deliveries of goods as and when required
- Ensure any supplier queries relating to our customers shipments are dealt with.
You must have good customer services experience with strong communication skills in Microsoft office and outlook.
