**Job Title**: HR Advisor

**Location**: Stapleford, UK

This is a standalone, HR generalist role responsible for the provision of comprehensive HR services and guidance to managers and employees across Luxaviation UK in respect of all aspects of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ownership and responsibility of all HR matters within Luxaviation UK.
- Provision of guidance and advice to managers and employees as required, including but not limited to disciplinary, grievance, absence management, maternity/paternity leave and flexible working requests to ensure issues raised are resolved in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Conducting investigations, taking minutes of meetings and making recommendations on appropriate action in accordance with employment law and Company procedures for all ER matters.
- Supporting management with organisation re-structures including TUPE, redundancy and acquisitions.
- First point of contact with employees and managers for all HR processes and queries.
- Create, maintain and implement HR policies, procedures and template documents in line with employment law and best practice.
- Management of the recruitment process from advertisement to offer of employment, including arranging interviews, creating job descriptions, and advising managers.
- Responsible for conducting onboarding of new starters including creation and issue of contracts, compiling new starter data and managing the induction process.
- Oversight of the employee offboarding process including issue of termination documentation, conducting exit interviews and arranging the return of Company property.
- Creation and issue of contractual documents, change of terms and conditions, and all other employee paperwork as required.
- Responsible for day-to-day administration and maintenance of HRIS systems and personnel files, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintaining all employee records and personal data in compliance with GDPR and the retention and deletion policies published by the company.
- Production of HR management information reports as required.
- Ad-hoc project work and duties as required.

**Person Specification**
- Essential_
- HR administrative experience with exposure to a range of HR issues.
- Experience of supporting managers with ER issues.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
- Ability to create and implement policies and procedures.
- Self motivated, professional, diligent, credible, delivery-focused.
- Ability to deal with situations confidentially and sensitively.
- Self confident and resilient.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise own workload.
- Desirable_
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or CIPD part-qualified.
- Previous experience within the Aviation industry.
