Associate Clinical Trial Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate and coordinate global studies in close collaboration with the project coordinator and clinical trial manager
- Guarantee punctual completion of recurring assignments with a high level of precision
- Assemble and update project-specific status reports within the clinical trial management system
- Communicate with the internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and external vendors
- Offer supervision and quality assurance for our internal regulatory filing system
- Offer supervision and management of study materials
- Develop and keep up-to-date project timelines

**Qualifications**:

- Possession of a PhD in Life Sciences
- Proficiency in English with strong presentation abilities
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry within an international team
- Prior experience within the CRO or pharmaceutical industry is not mandatory but would be an advantage.
