**Key Responsibilities**: To maintain adequate stock levels in the clinical areas, identifying any shortfalls to the unit manager To ensure that stock is rotated as required To clean clinical equipment in accordance with the Trust Infection Control policy and report any faults or service needs to Electrical Biomedical Engineers or the Unit Manager To maintain adequate levels of clean baby linen and clothes To ensure that all Resuscitaires and procedure trolleys are cleaned and stocked as required To maintain clean and organised storage areas / pharmacy room To ensure the safe disposal of all glass bottles in accordance with the Trust Health and Safety policy To defrost and clean fridges and freezers as per schedule To assist in maintaining the cleanliness of staff and parent sitting areas To ensure that the parental accommodation is maintained to the agreed standard with the OCS staff and that there is adequate supplies of clean linen available at all times
