LFUK Recruitment are looking for a part time Purchasing Clerk to work for our client based in Kirkby.

This will be a permanent position.

**MAIN DUTIES**
- Submits payroll hours
- Material sourcing and purchasing of raw materials
- Routine purchase orders
- Ensures the timely payments for UK suppliers, metal suppliers and payroll
- Deals with payroll queries
- Create and send purchase orders when requested
- Organize vendor review and every 6 months review pricing contracts
- Reconciles supplier statements
- Maintains suppliers bank details date
- Assist in the developing of the budgets
- Assists business reviews and risk
- Works with auditors and external accountants to ensure a smooth year end process
- Provides management accountant cover and support
- Approve bank payments

This is a part time role working 21 hours over 3 days although will need to be a little flexible in busy periods.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: From £12.50 per hour
