**Salary**: 27,000 - 32,000

Interaction is working with a global injection mounding company based on the outskirts of Bristol. My client is looking for an experienced setter to join the team immediately with three shift patterns available. My client offers excellent development and progressionwithin the company.
Monday-Friday Shifts available:
06:45- 15:15
14:45 - 23:15
22:45-07:15 (10% salary increase)
The Role:

- Work in the mould shop, running the moulding machines in coordination with daily KPIs
- Carry out tool changes to ensure production is running as effectively and efficiently as possible
- Updating machines to show statues (runnings, tool change, sampling etc)
- Monitor tool changes during shifts and duration to identify room for improvements
- Work on your own using your own initiative and critiquing work to ensure standards are met
- Must have experience with injection moulding (Plastic Preferred)
- Experience setting CNC Machinery
- Excellent eye for detail
- The ability to critique own work
- Work well using your own initiative
