**Facilities Coordinator**

**Location - Surrey, KT20 7NS**

**Hours - Monday - Friday, 07:00am - 16:00pm or 08:00am - 17:00pm**

In this role you’ll work closely with the Facilities Manager and Senior Facilities Coordinator to support all facilities activities - this will include budgets, overseeing the teams and recording KPI scores.

As Facilities Coordinator you will provide administrative support and manage the office functions including purchase orders & contracts, compliance, office operations, managing external contractors and record keeping. You will also be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job in order to support your manager, your team and our client.

- Experience gained in a commercial FM environment
- Experience in using CAFM (desirable)

We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience of working in a commercial environment and the ability to deal with people at all levels. It would be great if you also had a non-frontline SIA licence and IOSH qualification but don’t worry if you don’t we can provide these for you.

You will work the following hours and be paid an annual salary of £30,000, with access to Apleona employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start.
