**CIVILS SUPERVISOR**

**SALARY: PS19 per hour**

A vacancy has arisen for a regional Civils Supervisor, to join S&B Utilities. The post will support project delivery across all sites both regionally and nationally, hours of work will be to suit the business requirements.

S&B Utilities are involved in many engineering disciplines, working in exciting areas such as the Ministry of Defence and the regulated water industry.

**_The role briefly encompasses the following duties: - _**

Lead a small team of site operatives ensuring the completion of daily paperwork and ensuring the work is completed to a high standard and on program.

Ensure delivery outputs meet the standards and specifications of the project deliverables.

Liaise with project and site managers on work progress, risks and all SHEQ activities.

Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, occupational health and environmental performance.

Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and customer/ client focus.

Provide weekly reports on site safety, plant and labour performance.

Organising resources for daily activities.

Organising plant and material requirements for site activities.

Working in various locations across the UK.

Relevant industry skills card or qualifications (CSCS/ CPCS/ JIB) or a minimum 3yrs working experience

Level 3 NVQ Certificate in either Construction and Civil Engineering Operations, mechanical installations, or Electrical installations

Basic knowledge of temporary works installations (Shoring/Pumps/Pipework/Fencing)

EUSR National water hygiene card

SSSTS qualification (minimum 1yrs experience)

A strong background in the water industry is preferred

Full UK Driving License

Fully converse with Microsoft Office Package

Team Player with the ability to work on your own initiative

Confident & Friendly

Practical, logical, adaptable with the ability to remain calm under pressure

Flexible

Positive attitude towards safety and reporting unsafe conditions

Good Timekeeping
