A vacancy has arisen for a Catering Supervisor within the kitchen at Perth Royal Infirmary. You are required to deliver a high standard of Catering Services within the Hospital to patients, staff and visitors whilst maintaining a clean, safe working environment. Applicants must have a working knowledge of HACCP, Health & Safety & COSHH procedures. Previous experience in a Catering environment at a supervisory level is essential, as is a good knowledge of work procedures, practices & equipment through a combination of experience and professional qualifications.

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.

**Hours of work are**: 37.5 hours per week, on a two week rota basis between the hours of 06:30 -19:30
