We are seeking a dynamic and organised Finance Administrator to join our client's international team in Saltash. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be part of a team and will be dealing with full cycle transactional processing as an important part of the finance function. If you are looking to kick-start your career in finance or already have experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable, we would like to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Processing purchase orders and invoices accurately
- Ensuring proper coding of invoices and matching them with purchase orders
- Collaborating with the Purchase Ledger team to execute weekly payment runs and expenses processing
- Managing credit card transactions and petty cash entries
- Reconciling control accounts and conducting supplier statement reconciliations
- Maintaining the purchase ledger and ensuring timely supplier payments
- Addressing supplier queries
- Maintaining accurate records and data entry while ensuring compliance with processes
- Experience in administrative processes, and purchase ledger or accounts payable.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- AAT level 2 or 3 certification (advantageous but not essential)

You will be an integral part of our clients finance team, contributing to their overall success, and they can offer future progression and development opportunities to support you.
