We are hiring for a Paint Prep Operative.

**Main duties will include**;
Using machine sanders to sand metal

Cleaning metal prior to painting

Packing finished goods

Quality checking work and maintaining high standards

Shot-blasting (full training provided)

Working safely in and around the work place

Working alone and as part of a team

The hours will be 6am - 2:30pm Mon-Thu and 6am - 2pm on Fri.

A forklift truck certificate would be beneficial but not essential.

Past experience of a similar role would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.

Pay will be £10 per hour with overtime (over 40 hours per week) paid at 'time and a half'.

Please note this is a physically demanding job and would better suit a fit and active person, as there will be a lot of heavy lifting involved.
